Manisha will appear in Rajkumar Hirani’s next film Sanju as Nargis Dutt. In the film, Ranbir Kapoor is playing Sanjay Dutt and Manisha will be in the role of Ranbir’s mother.

In the interaction with the BBC, Manisha said, “The heroines get the role of mother only after the age of 40, I did not get trapped in it, I was also struggling with cancer, I did not go to tell Raju Hirani, but he I told him so beautifully that I could not do it. Now I am proud that I am part of this movie. ”

Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s talk was stunned
Manisha shared a fun story related to herself and Vidhu Vinod with the BBC. Actually when 1942: A Love Story was being cast, many heroines gave screen test for it. Manisha had also gone there.

The whole story of Sanju Baba stuck between the hero and the villain

Sanjay Dutt’s film on the life! but why?
Manisha explains, “At that time Vidhu Vinod Chopra had said that I do very bad acting. His point was that I got quarrelsome and I asked him for a second chance.”

After this, Manisha prepared for the screen test every day and when the test was given the next day, Vidhu Vinod Chopra got shocked and advised Manisha to improve.

Now Manisha Koirala wants to work in films where she has the opportunity to perform better. Manisha feels that her age heroine is under pressure to look beautiful and young, but she insists on being self-sufficient on the inside.
Manisha says, “I have to pay attention to my eyes, but I will not be mad after that. Maybe I advocate accepting a rising age because there is a lot of pressure to look beautiful and young in the glamor industry. I can not compromise with my inner health and health because there are many things beyond looking beautiful in life. ”

‘Do not get rid of old songs’
Manisha is happy that making the place for women in the film industry is easy now. They think that today’s heroines are quite bold and keep their mind on the subject. He said that just the beginning has started and many changes are yet to be seen.
Manisha has no objection even to changing music, but there is definitely a remake of the songs. He said, “If you can make old songs better then it is fine or else do not make the songs of old songs, please.”

Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, ‘Sanju’ will be released on June 29.
